People turn to us for the answers to any and all running-related questions! These clinics are open to anyone who jogs or runs, whether it is to get into shape, to compete at a higher level, or just for the fun of it!

What is it?
Clinics are led by Physical Therapists, Podiatrists and Running Coaches whose specific backgrounds includes extensive knowledge of the sport of running and medical treatment of runners. Our clinic leaders are runners themselves. These individuals will assess your running form, provide advice on training, discuss appropriate footwear, stretches, exercises, injuries and their prevention, and more.Who should attend?
EVERYONE! Runners of all abilities, from the beginner to the elite runner.
When and Where?
The Stride Clinic is a Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC) event held one Saturday per month at Philbin's Family Fitness and Athletic Training Center in Gaithersburg. It is open to MCRRC members only for a small fee. The experts involved are ProAction Physical Therapy therapists, certified running coaches, Dr. Adam Spector (podiatrist), massage therapist, and footwear expert from RNJ Discounters. This private clinic was created so that all members of the running community can take advantage of this valuable service. The experts involved are ProAction Physical Therapy therapists, certified running coach and ultra-marathoner Mike Broderick, and Dr. Adam Spector (podiatrist). Please call Dr. Spector’s office at 301-949-3668 to inquire about the running clinic schedule, cost, and sign-up. In order to provide such expertise, the clinic is accompanied by a nominal fee.
