Clinics are led by Running
Coaches, Podiatrists and Physical Therapists who's specific
background includes extensive knowledge of the sport of running
and medical treatment of runners. Our clinic leaders are
runners themselves. These individuals will assess your running form,
provide advice on training, discuss appropriate
footwear, stretches, exercises, injuries and their prevention, and more. |
